Summer is coming

Let us move away from reviews this time and onto fashion. I know it has just turned spring but with the nice weather we have been experiencing recently, well this post will be showing you three outfits for this and the summery season.

So let the sun shine and us begin...

Smart yet casual

Dress- George at Asda, £16
Tights- Primark, £3
Boots- BHS, £15 (I think)
Bag- Next, in the sale £16 (Half Price)

This outfit is perfect for the season. The navy blue shirt dress is perfect for spring as it is light and comfortable. Although paired with black tights, skin colours tights or bare legged will look just as stylish. If you don't want to wear boots then flats or heels will look fab as well.
I know that bag doesn't quite go but I had to include it in the post. I am in love with this Drumstick clutch bag. It is quite big so can fit in the essentials: phones, keys, small purse and makeup. Bringing a retro feel, the sweet bag has a gold chain strap so if you don't like to carry it then you can pop it on your shoulder. This outfit is smart and casual so is great for going out shopping or just relaxing outside in the sunshine.

Flowers are blooming

Skirt- Cath Kidston, £25 in the sale
Top- Primark, £5
Jacket- Matalan, £15 (I think)
Shoes- Primark, £4
Bag- M&S, £19
Hat- F&F at Tescos, £8

I adore flower patterns and this skirt was not exception. The long green Cath Kidston skirt is perfect for spring as it is pretty and elegant like the season. Wore with a pale pink jacket from Matalan and a white scalloped vest from Primark, this is great if you love the vintage look. The pale blue and white accessories add to the spring/summer vibe. To keep it simple, I wear white plimsolls but nude heels or flats work great with this little number.

Bring on the festivals

Top- Primark, £6
Trousers- Primark, £8
Shoes- Primark, £10
Bag- Primark, £11

For this outfit perfect for festivals, you don't even have to multiple shops as the items are all from Primark- I have said that I love this store. The funky patterned trousers matched with the light fabrics top is stylish and on trend. Pattern is very much in now. The tan shoulder bag is great with the adjustable strap and the detail on it is so simple yet pretty. The strappy sandals are also a bonus as there is an adjustable strap around the ankle and the two thin straps across your foot are elasticated. you can also wear a black floppy hat which will look lovely with it. With this, you are ready for the festivals.

The makeup I have on:

Primark P.S. black liquid eyeliner, £1.
This is so easy and simple to put on, it is great value for money. Other colours are available in store as well.
No7 Lash Impact black mascara, available at Boots, £13.50
The mascara is quite expensive but so worth it. This is amazing, making your lashes look fuller and more intense whilst adding volume.

No7 Hot Copper colour Lipstick, available at Boots, £9.95
I adore red lipstick and this coraly colour is perfect for bold lips to brighten up the season. I actually got the lipstick colour test done Basically No7 have a small device that shows you what lipstick colour suits your skin tone. It is free to get done and does not take long at all. It comes up with lots of different option in reds, pinks, naturals lipsticks. This lipstick apparently lasts for 6 hours so it is definitely a good choice.
No7 High shine Lip Crayon, available at Boots, £9.00
I never leave the house without some kind of lip gloss/lipstick on. This lip crayon is fabulous. It is so easy to apply and it moisturises your lips. This is Delicate Pink but it comes in oranges, purples, reds and pinks.

Well there you go, three outfits that are great for the spring/summer seasons.
Until next time
